General principles
- One player, one account. Multi-accounting is banned.
- Collusion and the use of third-party helper software or bots are prohibited.
- Payments and withdrawals only via methods in the player's own name.
Bonuses and wagering
Bonus funds are wagered at the stated requirement within a set period. A maximum-bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Breaching the terms voids the bonus and any winnings from it.
Disputes
Technical faults and disputed hands are reviewed by support using server logs. Under the licence rules, the operator's decision is final.
